“Geografia amorosa” e` una anamorfosi contemporanea; nei secoli scorsi sia in Europa sia in Cina gli artisti erano affascinati dai “paesaggi della mente” ovvero le corrispondenze tra citta` ed i vagabondaggi delle mente influenzata dai propri sentimenti. La visione dell’isola di Capri che ci offrono B+B e` una lezione psicoanalitica; le strade ed i luoghi hanno cambiato nome a seguito della catena di sentimenti che la famosa isola ha evocato nella mente degli artisti. Queste sono tra quelle forme espressive che si vorrebbero avere a casa o nel proprio ufficio per permettere all’immaginazione di evadere dagli affanni quotidiani della vita.

RispondiElimina“Love Geography” is a contemporary anamorphosis; in the past centuries both in Europe and China the artists were fascinated by “the landscapes of the mind”, correspondences between towns and the errands of the mind of human beings when influenced by the various feelings. The view of the Italian Capri island by B+B is a psychoanalytic lesson; the streets and the other places have been renamed, after the chain of feelings which the famous island evokes in the mind of the artists.
