La prima “bottega del caffè” aprì a Venezia nel 1640, rendendo questa bevanda così popolare in Europa.
Dalle antiche macchine per il caffè alle moderne tecnologie, si vuol tracciare il percorso del Caffe’ Italiano come simbolo dello stile di vita italiana in una avvincente mostra, il cui vernissage è previsto per venerdì 25 marzo 2010 alle ore 14.00 presso l’Universita’ Normale di Nanchino.
Nei discorsi che il Prof. Michele Marini e l’Addetto Culturale, Prof. Giorgio Casacchia, terranno per l’occasione, si trattera’ della civilta’ settecentesca della conversazione, dei rapporti fra i caffe’ e l’Illuminismo e della rivista “Il Caffe’” dei fratelli Verri.

From the ancient coffee machines to the modern technology, we want to trace the way of the Italian Coffee as a symbol of the Italian lifestyle through an interesting exhibition. At 14.00 on March, 25th, 2010 at Nanjing Normal University, the opening will be held.
Prof. Michele Marini and the Cultural Attache’, Prof. Giorgio Casacchia, will give a speech on the idea of the conversation during the XVIII Century civilization, the relationship between coffee shops and the Enlightenment, and the review “Il Caffe’” by Pietro and Alessandro Verri.

南京：展览——“意式咖啡，意是咖啡”
1640年，第一家“咖啡店”在威尼斯诞生，之后这种饮品逐渐风靡整个欧洲。
现在，我们将用咖啡展的形式，从古老的咖啡机器到现代的应用技术，向您呈现“浓缩咖啡”是怎样地浓缩着意式生活。该展览的南京之行将于本月25日下午2：00在南京师范大学拉开帷幕。
南京师范大学的意大利语籍教授Marini老师及意大利驻沪总领事馆文化处文化参赞卡萨齐教授将在这个展览开幕式上讲话。后者将向大家简单介绍十八世纪的谈话艺术、咖啡店与启蒙主义之间的关系以及意大利《咖啡》杂志。
